ICF Cornwall Ltd, established in 2015, is a specialist Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) contractor based in Cornwall. With a focus on innovation and quality, we provide bespoke build services to self-builders and developers, assisting projects from inception to completion.

Our History
We have come a long way since we started and based on the skills of our people, we continue to grow and adapt.
ICF Cornwall Limited has been trading since 2015 focussing on projects with Insulated Concrete Formwork at their core. Under our previous brand, Frederick Mackintosh Ltd, we offered the full turnkey service from planning and design through to painting and decorating. During this time, we produced several outstanding bespoke residential projects as well as providing ICF installation services on a wide range of private and commercial developments. However, following the global difficulties thrown at businesses of all kinds in 2020, we refocused our service offering on our core strength – delivering ICF shells. To this end, we expanded our professional relationship base to include all of the most widely used ICF products on the UK market and continue to push the limits on what can be created using ICF.
The project gallery illustrates the breadth of our experience and in terms of square meterage, we are among the most experienced ICF installers in the south west. Now we are busy expanding our network of established developers who require an experienced ICF contractor.
We have the same values, offering cost and time efficient solutions, astute design considerations and an attention to detail which is second to none but rather than using this valuable energy deciding what colour to paint the walls, we’re going “Structural only, baby!”
